My goal is to craft the most desirable living spaces by focusing on homes tailored for everyday living, ideally accommodating 1 or 2 occupants with the capacity to entertain 6-8 guests.
My designs feature a 2, 3, or 4 car attached garage, complete with a bonus room finished Attic Over Garage. This space includes an inviting guest bedroom, comfortably sleeping 4 adults, and a full bath—reminiscent of a Motel Room above your garage. I can extend the design to the lower level, incorporating a bonus room and a spa bath with a soaker tub and a spacious walk-in shower.
